為應(yīng)對(duì)即將出臺(tái)的汽車行業(yè)法規(guī)，伊狄達(dá)汽車技術(shù)服務(wù)公司推出全新制動(dòng)器顆粒物排放測(cè)量設(shè)施，搭配最先進(jìn)技術(shù)，進(jìn)一步提升相關(guān)試驗(yàn)?zāi)芰?。這次設(shè)施更新恰逢其時(shí)，因?yàn)槠囆袠I(yè)正在為“歐七標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”（Euro 7）的實(shí)施做準(zhǔn)備。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將于 2026 年 11 月起作為強(qiáng)制性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)用于所有車輛類型，同時(shí)針對(duì)車輛排放引入更加嚴(yán)格的法規(guī)限制。

In a significant move to address upcoming automotive industry regulations, at IDIADA we have expanded our capabilities with a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to brake particle emissions measurement. This expansion comes at a crucial time as the automotive sector prepares for the implementation of the Euro 7 standard - becoming mandatory for all vehicles starting November 2026, which will introduce more stringent emissions regulations.

David Riba, Brake Emissions Manager states, “With the new facilities, we are starting a new journey full of challenges and exciting times for OEM, suppliers and laboratories. IDIADA’s Powertrain department is including this new service in its portfolio of testing services for customers. We integrate the deep experience of our Powertrain department in emissions measurement, the extraordinary capabilities of our brake department and the know-how of our homologation department”. 

這個(gè)新設(shè)施坐落于伊狄達(dá)西班牙總部，包含兩個(gè)先進(jìn)的測(cè)試間，專門用于測(cè)量重量小于3,500公斤的輕型車輛的制動(dòng)器顆粒物排放值。測(cè)試間滿足全球技術(shù)法規(guī)（GTR24）的規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，可同時(shí)進(jìn)行左右兩側(cè)制動(dòng)器總成的測(cè)試。作為顆粒物測(cè)量規(guī)程（PMP）工作組成員，伊狄達(dá)的測(cè)試方法處于行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的前沿。

The new facility, located in IDIADA's headquarters in Spain, features two advanced test cells specifically designed for measuring brake particles emitted by light vehicles weighing up to 3,500 kg. These cells are fully compliant with GTR24 specifications, allowing us to perform both right-hand corner and left-hand corner brake assembly tests simultaneously. As a member of the Particle Measurement Programme (PMP) working group, IDIADA′s testing methods are at the forefront of industry standards.
